When you log in with Discord
We only receive your Discord user ID and username. We never see your email address, password, servers or messages. Discord's login token is thrown away right after login.
When you send an application or support case
- What you fill in on the form (region, Statshark link, ranks, your message, etc.).
- For applications: squadron statistics we already have for your War Thunder UID.
- The messages in your private ticket channel on our Discord server. They are saved when the ticket is closed, and the channel is then deleted.
- For applications: whether your Discord or War Thunder name appears on a shared list of players reported for bad behaviour in game or on Discord. Only staff see the result.
- Staff notes and the recruiters' decision.
When you report a login problem
What you fill in, plus your browser and device details (browser name and version, operating system, screen size, language and time zone). It is sent as a message to the site owner on Discord to find the problem, and is not saved on 513th.se.
Who can see it
Only 513th staff: recruiters for applications, the support team for support cases, and the site administrators. It is never shared outside 513th.
How long we keep it
Tickets are kept as part of the squadron's history. Want yours removed? Open a support case or message a 513th officer on Discord.
